At Box and Pots, we celebrate the uniqueness and artistry of handcrafted products. Each item is made with care, reflecting the skill and creativity of artisans. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent resolution process.

 

  1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of handcrafted products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was sent.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be emailed to info@boxandpots.com .

We reserve the right to reject return requests if the above conditions are not met.

 

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:

  • The product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • A replacement is not available or cannot be provided.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Customers will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Minor variations in size, color, design, or finish that are characteristic of handcrafted products. These are a result of the handmade process and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized handcrafted products.
  • Items with minor imperfections or inconsistencies that are inherent to handmade craftsmanship.

 

  1. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@boxandpots.com within 12 hours of delivery.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Your order number.
    • Clear photos of the product showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
    • A brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

 

  1. Cancellations
  • Orders for handcrafted products can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • After this window, cancellations are not permitted as the production and preparation process may have already begun.
